This bicycle has the standard 3 adjustable points: (1) handlebar height, (2) seat-post height, and (3) forward-back horizontal adjustment on seat -- all with sturdy, easy-grip locking screws that go easily into the postholes. The resistance mechanism is simple -- standard old-school bicycle brake with felt pads that grab the flywheel; resistance is adjusted by an easily-reached screwknob that tightens/loosens the brake cable. The handlebars have a nice long forward swoop-up shape to give several grip positions.
