To build the worlds fastest trike MadMax, with a trimmed V8 engine, was a challenging task. TRAC was in charge of the design and dimensioning of the trike frame. Extreme dynamic loads in various ride&handling situations had to be considered and the first prototype had to be right due to a limited budget.
Simulations were performed to ensure that the vehicle met the target performance specified by the customer and the official regulations.The first prototype was tested a few months later on a race track and the performance was outstanding and all requirements were met.The vehicle was approved without any modifications.
